John Busch is the founder and broker of JBRE Group, an independent Texas real estate brokerage serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding communities. With 20 years of experience spanning residential sales, luxury properties, land, commercial real estate, and investment opportunities, John brings a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every transaction.

John began his real estate career in 2006 as an investor, purchasing, renovating, and reselling residential properties. This hands-on experience provided a foundation in property valuation, construction, market analysis, and identifying investment opportunities. In 2009, he transitioned into representing buyers and sellers, combining his investment background with a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.

Over the years, John has expanded his expertise beyond traditional residential transactions, representing clients in everything from first-time home purchases and luxury estates to ranches, development land, commercial properties, and investment portfolios.
